1. Not Happy with Your Order

Please email us at support@      if you are unsatisfied with your purchase if it appears to be different from what you were expecting. To ensure you have the best experience possible with your orders, our support team will analyze your request and provide additional instructions.

.2.Returning faulty or incorrect items

Any item you receive that is defective or does not match the things you ordered will be refunded or exchanged. But you have to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please be aware that because these are unique products made just for you, we are unable to replace personalized items unless there are quality issues.

------MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

 

If you decide not to proceed with your purchase, send us an email at contact@.com with your order number and the adjustment you want to make. When the change or cancellation is finalized, we'll confirm.

 

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.

 

Please take notice that:

 

Following completion of the order, personalized orders are locked for processing, making changes impossible. Before placing your order, please verify all the details again.

If your order needs to be modified, we cannot promise that it will arrive on time because it will take us a lot longer to check that the adjustment has been made with the manufacturer during the Holiday season.

 

 

------INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

For orders that were delivered to the incorrect address because a consumer entered the wrong address:

 

- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be destroyed right after they come back to the manufacturer's warehouse)

 

Please be very careful when entering your shipping address because replacements for these cases won't be free of charge.

1. ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

 

When your order is done, our system will give you an Order Confirmation that includes a summary of all order details for you to double-check.

We take into account the following elements when processing your purchase and estimating the delivery date:

 

- Order Processing: We will begin processing your order as soon as your payment has been authorized and verified.

 

All our products are purely handmade and will cost 5-7 business days, so please be patient with us.

 

-SHIPPING SERVICES

Delivery times may base on your location, demand, and seasonality.

Shipping typically takes 9 to 12 days on average.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only.

 

3. shipping charge

Each order will be charged $6.99 for shipping.

 

4. multiple addresses

For a single order, we do not provide shipping to numerous addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want items delivered.

 

5. Notes:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct because we are not accountable for failed delivery if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

 

We are not responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged if you ask the final mile carrier to forward or reroute it after the order has left our warehouse.

 

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us. Additionally, delays could result from customs clearance.
