Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the product you ordered, we will refund or exchange it for you. However, please note that personalized items cannot be replaced unless there are quality issues. Modification & Cancellation修改和取消

By placing an order with Libertista, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions outlined below. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at libertista01@gmail.com with your order number and the requested adjustment. For personalized orders, modifications cannot be made once the order has been completed and locked for processing. Therefore, please ensure that all details are verified before placing your order. Incorrect Address

地址不正确Libertista is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer's error. If your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the manufacturer's warehouse, we cannot offer a replacement free of charge.
